Had a flat tire over memorial day weekend, and I was also running late meeting my husband at our reserved campsite for the weekend.

I arrived right before 8 a.m. for my appointment. At 9:45 my van was still sitting outside. Noone came to explain the problem. I feel they did a good job on the repair but I will be looking for a different shop next oil change.

The help from the front desk was top notch! I wasn't sure what to think about Big O's alinement options where up to 10 alinements would be covered in the next 5 years. I don't believe I've ever gotten more than one alinement in any 5 year period. Also, any volunteered information concerning remaining warranty (if any) on my existing tires would have been welcome.

There were probably about 6 or 7 people in store working inside and out talking to customers here and there and every single person was super helpful and friendly. I got my oil changed, no problem there, but it was the customer service that really set these guys above the rest. They were awesome!

The mileage shown above is incorrect. They only rotated the tires not in for a service. The tire pressure light came on just before getting there and was still on after rotation was complete. Two tires were under pressure. Had to laugh that that wasn't checked at a TIRE STORE.
