The service was fine. However, I submitted the mailer that reads $29. 95 for an oil change and I was told $20 was taken off and I paid $87 for the oil change after I made an appointment the day before and showed my mailer.
I paid the 87 but that seemed like a bait and switch and I had no choice.
That should have been explained to me when I presented my mailer the day before. It did not sit well with me, I paid without a challenge.

The service was good but the team couldn't reset the tire pressure gauges on my Tacoma. I went back twice but both times they couldn't get it. On the 3rd time back I asked for a refund to cover the diagnostics at the Toyota dealership but I still need to get them fixed. No idea what that's going to cost.

The service was very professional the sales people's cover all points concerning the product, and cover what they could do including changing my badly damaged tire. I was going to change the tires in several months; but decided to get that job taken care of, after catching a huge screw in my rear tire. I was very pleased with the entire operation but have always been satisfied with BigO.

I like that I didn't feel pressured; George seemed very knowledgeable and explained issues thoroughly. I liked the feel of the business and the prices seemed fair. I did notice there was no toilet paper in the restroom... but plenty of paper towels.

This was my choice for service several times. I always am greeted at the door by the staff. They are attentive and listen to my issue. Jorge has always answered my questions. The guys are normally able to do the tasks within the time stated. I really appreciate that they are honest and treat their customers with respect, as some mechanic shops do not.

Do not ever ever go to this particular location. They messed my car up. Didn't follow their warranty and still wanted me to pay more. Got 4 rotors and all brakes replaced, was back in in 2 days. My car sounded worse than when I initially went in. They said they fixed them and now my car shakes violently when stopping. This place is a scam. Do not ever go to this location.
