While driving to Flagstaff, my low tire pressure light came on for the second time in a monthsame tire, same warningso I was understandably nervous that something more serious was going on. I stopped in at Big O Tires, and Mark and his team couldn't have been more helpful. They checked all four tires, quickly found a nail in the front right one, and had it repaired in no time. They were kind enough to fit me in without an appointment, professional in their explanation, and efficient with the repair. I'm so grateful for their helpespecially knowing we'd be driving back to Vegas soon. A flat tire in the middle of the desert would not have been fun! Highly recommend this team for their excellent service and peace-of-mind professionalism.
