The tire repair went without a hitch. In and out in 30 minutes. The tech was courteous and seemed knowledgeable. The only issue I have is the when the repair was tested it apparently was inflated top 40 psi and wasn't returned to the recommended driving pressure of 35 psi.

I scheduled my appointment over the phone. The customer service technician efficiently checked me in on my arrival to the store and promptly notified me when my vehicle's service was complete. Damaged tire replaced (took an extra day because it was a special tire that had to be sent from another store). Dave clearly explained what was wrong, they put the spare on, and I came back the next day to get the new tire. Fast, friendly and efficient.

Fast, professional, courteous service. My tire was patched from the inside to stop a leak due to a nasty piece of metal getting stuck in the tire. The service was FREE!!! Timberline Big O has always treated me well and this was no exception. Awesome place!

I had called and setup an appointment for 9:00 AM on 11/1/22 to install my winter tires. I arrived at about 9:05 AM and was told that they did not have a record of my appointment. Had to wait until ~9:40 before they took my truck in to install the winter tires. Otherwise all was well.

I was well informed of everything that needed to be done and what was done and why as well. Its hard finding a service that is open about everything and doesnt try to hide anything. My only complaint I had was paying for a wheel alignment when the tires were changed. Other than that, awesome service!

Tire service was great as usual but I was incredibly disappointed with the complete disregard of mask wearing by staff!!
Im in the higher-risk category and I expected more from this tire shop that Ive been using for over 14 years (Mason store also).
My business is going elsewhere since leadership from the owner is either politically driven or just ignorance of the realities of the dangers of COVID-19.
