Even with a full shop, they had me in and out for my oil change and inspection services in under an hour. The manager, Jeff, was professional, zero pressure for recommended services (written quote with 90 day price guarantee), and informed me of an alignment issue. He didn't push the sale of additional services and that was greatly appreciated!

Everything went well. The young lady that took my information before vehicle servicing was very helpful. I thought it would just be a flat tire repair but it turned out that the tire had to be replaced because the sidewall had been slashed. Fortunately the replacement was covered under warranty.

Trevor C, at the Surprise location was very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. We used to purchase from the Peoria site but moved, so glad they have a shop in Surprise. My brother also has times purchased tires at this location for our mother's vehicle and for his business vehicles as well. We would highly recommend them.
