Call in the morning to see if they had a tire in stock and they did. Was able to price match with Costco. Got me finish in a reasonable time without an appointment and even unloaded and loaded my new rims for me.

Been coming here for years. They don't try to sell unneeded extra repairs. Their oil change is cheaper than national chain oil change shops and includes tire rotation.

Less than a week after they supposedly rotated my tires and balanced them one of my tires literally shredded down to the metal. Clearly they didn't examine the tires, I question if they were actually rotated, and am extremely lucky that the stripping of the rubber fr the wheel didn't happen on the highway. The manager had no response when I brought this to his attention and asked how do you miss a bald tire?

Got me in and out quickly. Found a coolant leak I was unaware of and fixed it. They were honest in letting me know I only needed two tires though I was expecting to get 4. They also switched out my spare with a better one from on my car. Will continue to do business there.

Kearney Mesa, CA branch. Asked to fix clicking and creeping sound when turning +$1500 later and after 5h I was told it is the skid plate rubbing on cat shield. After all this they told me to go get this checked out. Unsat and unprofessional. Never going back to any American Tire Depot anymore.
