The staff were very nice and friendly. They pointed out an issue to me regarding my flat tire which I was able to see. Therefore, I had to go take care of that first in order for them to repair it. I've been there before and I was pleased with their professionalism then as well. I would recommend them to people I know.

Shady place. False mechanical diagnosis verified by 2 different mechanics. Appointments dont matter. They started on my car hours after my appointment time. Called me with a control arm issue quoting me one thousand dollars. Declined service. Called me 2 minutes later to let me know my car was done. I just went in for tires. After leaving, I took my car to 2 different mechanics telling me nothing was wrong. American Tire Depot is shady.

The service was fine; I was disappointed that Francisco took advantage of my lack of knowledge and upsold me a brake fluid flush that my car absolutely did not need. Yes, I got new tires and a front end alignment, but the car drives just about the same as it did when I brought it to them.

The technician was very thorough and explained the process. Being an 83-year-old senior, I appreciate being treated with respect and intelligence. Frank explained that I do not drive very much, so I do not require frequent oil changes and that my tires are still in good condition. I especially appreciate that he drove me home and picked me up while the tire rotation and oil change were being accomplished. It was a long appointment, however, I am glad they are doing well with many customers stopping in for service.

All three guys on the staff I interacted with were great. Friendly and professional. I needed two rear tires for my 2002 Ranger because the left blew out and the right got a big screw in the sidewall, at the same time. In addition to the tire installation, they also performed a detailed evaluation of all the suspension components and made some good, but expensive, recommendations. Not saying they are overpriced or anything negative. In act I really appreciated it and will take the truck there when I'm ready to have the work done.

Today I had my oil changed and tire pressure checked and rotation of my tires on my 2002 Tahoe and I just wanted to personally thank Darin F., and Francisco M.H., for the great quality of service that they provided me with today. Also for their customer service and support they always give me when it comes to handling my Tahoe. These two guys should be applauded for their outstanding customer service and skills and making sure that I get the value that I deserve for my service. It's always a pleasure dealing with them because they remember me I'm not just a face that comes in American Tire Depot to them and I truly appreciate them for making me feel special Thank you both and thanks American Tire Depot for great value and friendly people working in your establishment!!! Today I laughed with them because my Tahoe is a 2002 LT and I told she has never let me down " Nobody Puts Baby in a Corner " they laughed thanks for keeping her in good driving condition guys
