Made an appointment, and arrived on time. Was greeted right away; service writer was polite and thorough. He estimated my oil change and service at 75 minutes, and my vehicle was ready when he said it would be. Pricing was competitive as well. A flawless transaction!

I liked their willingness to get my oil change done when I had time.
The only issue I had was when I was "quoted price" for struts? It was not identified as thousands. It was stated 2-24-24(not two thousand twenty four, twenty four). I thought $224.24.
I do hair, not car? I had no concept of how much I was going to pay. Unfortunately lesson learned. It's now a hardship for me.

After signing in, staff examined car and found part that was beginning to fail and probably causing noise I brought car in for. Did not need immediate replacement, but I decided to replace and avoid future untimely failure. taken home in shuttle, car ready in afternoon and Shuttle brought me back. Part had been replaced in 2019 and covered by their warranty so I paid time and connecting parts. Car does not make noise.

Straight up auto repair shop. Decent prices with friendly and courteous staff, knowledgeable advisors with good insights. They removed a hard wired tracking device that was no longer needed and was a battery parasite, sucking the battery down to where it barely started the engine when parked for a few days. I would have given 5 stars except my wife took off work a half hour early in order to expedite getting the 4 new tires put on her car, before closing @ 6pm. So she was there about 30 mins early from the 5:30pm appointment. They said it would be ready by 6pm When we return at 6pm it had not even been started on yet. Plus they didnt mention the new Tires in the details of this posting.
