I have an appointment at 4:30 PM to rotate and balance my tires that have been purchased at American tire Depot.
I had to wait an hour and a half delay car entering the bay for repair and it took till 6 oclock to finish the job.
Promises are not clean and too small to support two hours waiting time me.
Management need to have a better handling an appointment.

Came here after I originally went to another national large chain tire shop with a similar name, who told me it would $120 for the services I needed. When I got there, the story changed and they wanted $175.
I walked outside and called this place, who told me it would be way less. Like, almost half. So I drove a mile down the road because they told me they weren't busy. They got me in right away with no appointment. They did a quick walk around and started working on the car pretty quick.
Now I'm a car guy and I'm a PICKY car guy, I'm always watching the guys work partially out of interest and partially just to keep an eye out for anything crazy. The guy doing my tires was very detail oriented, did not scratch my wheels and was careful with my car. I watched him do a couple balances because I'm actually very familiar with the machine. He made sure to spin them until they were perfect. Put them back on and torqued them with a clean digital torque wrench. I also noticed he was meticulous with the air hose. Ran it so it wasn't a tripping hazard, wouldn't be in danger of being run over by another car, made sure to pick up the air hose nicely, wound it back up in a figure 8 to make sure it didn't tangle for the next time he used it, etc. Rare to find that level of workmanship lately.
Later when I got on the highway I found that they nailed the balance, no vibrations. Way better than every Costco or other chain store I've been to. That speaks to the fact that they actually calibrate the balancing machine. I appreciate that
