Had an appointment for 4 new tires & alignment on a Thursday & was called on Wednesday because the tires I ordered were in! They replaced the tires that day. The sale people were great. It took an hour 1/2 only because they adjusted the breaks. This was my 4th time there. All in all a great experience! I'll be back for sure!

I have an appointment at 4:30 PM to rotate and balance my tires that have been purchased at American tire Depot. I had to wait an hour and a half delay car entering the bay for repair and it took till 6 oclock to finish the job. Promises are not clean and too small to support two hours waiting time me. Management need to have a better handling an appointment.
