I appreciate that Lucas is a car repair shop where one can come in and wait a reasonable amount of time to have the battery replaced or new tires put on one's car. If they don't have the right tire, they will get one delivered quickly, but often have the parts there. Service is polite and I came in without an appointment last week to get a new battery and walked out one hour later.

Honest and thorough. I've been a customer for over 10 years. Jay has always been patient and explained everything to me. When I was in the market to buy new tires, I was looking at 75,000 mile all-weather tires. Since I drive less than 4,000 miles a year, Jay recommended the 45,000 mile tires. Saved me several hundreds of dollars.

And, the communication from staff and owners regarding the time and nature of the repair was exactly what I was looking for in service. I have used them in the past for Inspections.
