These guys go above and beyond. Formerly Lucas, but really just a name change. They squeezed me in with a flat tire before they closed on a Saturday and ended up staying open a little late to get it done when they could have just turned me away. Very much top notch customer service.

What i liked was they still treated me well! It didn't take long for the inspection! The part that bothers me is since Big Brand Tire has acquired Lucas Tire. They have lost some of my favorite people. Hank and Ty, and Jay Lucas.

I appreciate that Lucas is a car repair shop where one can come in and wait a reasonable amount of time to have the battery replaced or new tires put on one's car. If they don't have the right tire, they will get one delivered quickly, but often have the parts there. Service is polite and I came in without an appointment last week to get a new battery and walked out one hour later.

Honest and thorough. I've been a customer for over 10 years. Jay has always been patient and explained everything to me. When I was in the market to buy new tires, I was looking at 75,000 mile all-weather tires. Since I drive less than 4,000 miles a year, Jay recommended the 45,000 mile tires. Saved me several hundreds of dollars.

Awesome, Austin experience. Walked in and was greeted upon entering. Asked about what I was there for (State Inspection, at my wife's suggestion). Was provided a time (15 mins wait) and ... It was. Good communication from start to finish. And, already looking to schedule some service that was missed by the previous service center. Ty and team are amazing! The dealership was going to charge me $400 to replace a valve stem. Ty and team squared it away in 15 minutes and with very minimal cost! 10/10 would recommend this shop! Nice to see good actors still are part of our community!

This is the best auto and tire shop I've been too. Everyone there is super nice and helpful while their prices are extremely reasonable. It's refreshing to take my car in and feel like I was told the truth to and paid a good price. I'll keep coming back for all my Tiguan needs!
