I read the reviews of this business and you also have it in your system. People there seemed very knowledgeable and honest, but I told them to do the free alignment check and free tire rotation. THEY DID NOT. That is why I am giving them a 4 star and not a 5 star. This disappointed me; I really wanted those checked.

Took my car at noon at it took them 3.5 hours to call me and let me know the results of the inspection. They didn't honor the warranty purchased with the previous owner for one of the tires. Associates seemed clueless.

What a great place, the service was excellent. They plugged the tire and patched it for free and we had no appointment. Fast, convenient and they didnt even try to sell you stuff, they just provide a great service with no pressure or hassles. Recommended and will use again.

Scuffed up my wheel and repaired it. But process was in pieces and took a long time to complete. Sent me home on a warped tire that was my back tailgate 5th tire and unsafe. Specifically said not to rotate it in due to being damaged and they did. Young inexperienced workers just learning. Prefer to not have my car be a learning curve.

Had a nail in the shoulder of my tire, so I needed a new one. They got it done in less than a hour on a busy Saturday morning. Knocking off points for sending my car out the door with a less than appealing look; white greasy substance left all over the hubcap and rim of the tire like a toddler had done the replacement. Not very professional there. Sad because I've had good experiences there previously.

It was ok, went to get tires rotated Job was done went to the car wash after that and found one of the center caps was not put on made a call found out they still had it went to pick it up and the guy at the counter just gave it to me for me to put on didn't even offer to put it on and it's your mistake.

I always have a good experience when i visit Tires To You staff is always friendly and helpful. And i like how they dont pressure you into buying new tires even if you can still get a few more months on tires you think is bad i went in thinking i needed two new front tires and the guy told me you still can get about 15000 more miles on my front two tires

Being fairly new to Austin, I'm careful to to I go to for whatever reason(s). I must say that Johnny at Tires2Go treated us GREAT! And didn't lie like Discount Tire did. We were taken care of ASAP & with respect. Looks like I found the place to go from here on out!
