Went in for a tire rotation. First off, they've moved from their old location, and didn't mention that on the phone. In addition, unlike what they indicated on the phone, there weren't able to get to the rotation right away. And they didn't seem particularly fast / precise in their operation.

They were quick and efficient but I asked about tires abs they didnt follow up. Im also not 100% reassured about their thoroughness since they marked my tread depth as the same on all 4 tires as equal and I have 2 that are about 6 weeks old and 2 that are over 3 years old.

The tech. at Waynes tire noticed that the tires on my F250 truck were passenger car tires and should not have been put on this truck .This was noticed when wheel alignment was performed . These improper tires could have caused a bad accident .Thanks to Waynes we are safe again !
