told the tech the cooling system had issues and was told at the time of pick up that no problem found. the engine got over heat one week later. told the tech there is a part missing. was told this vehicle has no such parts. all the problem was taken care in another dealer one week later.

Service advisor Steve is a great. He tells you like it is and will follow up to make sure you know what's happening. He is very responsive. The receptionist MJ, who should be titled "Customer Advocate", is very helpful and she helps to bridge the gap when things are a little busy for the service department. She is polite and as with Steve, she follows up as promised.
