The dealership does not have enough EV technicians, take up to a week to even look at your EV. Once they do, they are bad at diagnostics and bad at fixing. My car was given back to me with the same issue I had when I dropped it off. I was offered to leave it again and let them try to diagnose/fix it. Since they reassured me that the car was safe to drive, and I needed it back, I declined.

I didn't like the fact I was charged so much between the oil change. The alignment. Filter change then another over $230 to just vacuum my hvac. Spending close to $700. Minus the hvac clean. Too ridiculous. Overall service was well. But way too over priced.

That you're unable to speak to the mechanic that service your car to find out exactly what was done and the rate that I paid my car wasn't there for two hours for the price I paid for the mechanic fee. I feel that my services was one hour and a half not two hours.

The check engine light was diagnosed. I come back two days later to pick up the car. Did not make it out the parking lot and the check engine light came back on. The car was kept one whole month. The car ran better when I brought it in then it is now. I will never have you service my car again. And I was billed over four thousand dollars for bad service.

the car service was really bad the charge me 999 dollars for a battery and then they wanted 7000 dollars to fix my sunroof when i said no they said i can come and pick my car up when i dad my car was really really dirty and i did not bring it in that way they even left my sunroof wide open and broke i would not ever brin my car back there and if anybody ask me i would find a nother place they are really bad!!!!!!!!!

The staff is so courteous and helpful. He explained clearly what i can expect. While he said.one hour to finish safety emissions test. But surprisingly it was done in 35 min. What a quick service. Bical still hasn't fixed the rear liftgate kick feature. I took my truck there 3 times to repair the issue and the issue still isn't fix. The service advisor says that the mechanics can't find the problem. As soon as I pick up the truck from Bical the issue happens. The only reason I take my truck to Bical is because it's about 5 miles from my house, but next time I'm going to take it to New Jersey to the dealer I bought it from.

This is the third time I've brought the vehicle in for service and the repaired wasn't made. I was told that they are unable to replicate the squeaking sound which are heard upon acceleration and breaking although I provided multiple recordings of the sound.

I was not pleased with my visit. The agent was not clear or better to say helpful.
It is very unsettling coming for a service not knowing if it will be cover by warranty for a new car and the. Have to wait if it is covered or not after the diagnosis is done and then having to pay almost $500 only for diagnosis.
