They said if I came in they'd be flexible on price. A test drive with Daniel went well but then "Smitty" from finance materialized and mansplained to me how the car business works and that there would be no flexibility on price. He was condescending and unpleasant. It was an hour drive each way and I went there to buy the car. To have them waste my time was insulting and so frustrating. Do not recommend.

I have trusted Beverly Hills BMW with my vehicles for over 30 years. I was greeted upon arrival, and my service advisor, Ruby, was notified. Ruby met with me to go over the recommended work to be performed. I waited in the comfortable customer waiting area, and Ruby kept me updated on the progress. Upon completion, my vehicle was brought to me freshly washed. All of the employees are friendly and helpful.

It looks like there is a recall for engine starter coming up on 3/24/26.
Also suspension struts require replacement.
There are issues with the wheel steering the car to the right too much.

Customer service was terrible
Brought my car to me with a complete flat tire just because I declined to pay $400 plus to replace 1 tire with a Niall in it that caused me $20 to fix . I will never go there again

It was okay. I made appointment for repair and inspection. Got a quote for what may need to be replaced soon, plus they missed another repair issue in the quote and never heard back on pricing. Also it's in Central LA and not in Beverly Hills.
