What a perfect service experience. It's never fun to take the time to take your car in for service, but BH BMW Makes the experience absolutely perfect. Ruby my advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. Had car back washed and back on time. My new service department, never going back to the westside even though it's much closer.

Horrible experience today. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After paying 1400 dollars for service repairs. I had to go twice today for them to get my repairs right. Then a third time (yes in the same day) because Paul my service advisor kept my keys and I couldn't get into my house. Honestly if I wanted subpar service I would have gone to Bob's BMW Repair on the corner. I expected more from Beverly Hills BMW.
