They informed me that my card should be done in a few days, which you did not. It took a week almost in that week every day. I have to stop early in the morning to check if the car was done no connection at all to let me know if it's done or not they wouldn't call me at all. Do you give me false information the first time which the rental I have to switch two cars and after dropping the second car I still get a phone call from the car rental, looking for the car which they did not let the car rental that I dropped the car when I picked my car up. Finally, I have to fix that with the car rental. I have to go there and fix it.
