The Team at Betten did a exceptional job with the issues on my Truck tires. Multiple events occurred in trying to solve the problems. Finally GM agreed to a new different manufacturer of tires I picked from previous successful experience. Cost me a little bit of money on top which after spending $100k on a truck is disappointing my truck drives at it should. I can't thank them enough.

Everyone was very courteous. However I waited 2 hours for an oil change that I was told would have been about 1 hour. I understand things come up, but if I had known there was to be a long delay, I would have had someone pick me up. They may want to let the customer be made aware of any such delays in the future. Other than that I was satisfied.

Betten Service Rep found parts I needed to repair my 2013 Buick. We live in Holland Mi. and went all the way to Muskegon Mi ( 40 mi ) to have the repir done becaause the Hollnd nd Grand Haven Chevy Dealership would not even try to help me. I will drive all the 40 mi to get all my GM services done on the two GM vehilces I own.

The service was great, Joe Giannetti was polite and very helpful, MY ride home was waiting for me.The work was completed sooner than expected and the shuttle picked me up in about 20 minutes. The scheduling was poor. I was told you would need my vehicle for 24 to 48 hours. (ouch) and loaners were scheduled two to three out. Made me feel like if I had a major problem I be in trouble.

Disappointed my vehicle needed this service. Wasn't particularly happy that I was initially told my warranty was a 24 month warranty when it was actually a 36 month. Wasn't happy that instead of a $100 deductible, I was charged almost $400. Oh well, lesson learned.

Been having troubles with my 2023 Colorado shifting correctly. They had it for four days to do an oil change and reprogram the transmission. I got it back and less than a week later it was back in the shop. The transmission is still shifting, terrible, and it is now burning coolant
