I had a scheduled Express Service and they took my car in as soon as I arrived. The work was done in about an hour and they also performed a check of various functions. Seth was the service writer and he was wonderful to deal with. He was knowledgeable, friendly and kept me well informed of the work being done on my vehicle.

We were driving on the highway when our check engine light turned on so we found the closest Subaru dealership. Stopped by with no appointment or warning and they helped us out. They scanned our car to let us know what error code appeared. They did not try to sell us on an unnecessary fix or upcharge us. Staff was helpful, friendly, efficient, and professional.

Brought car in for oil change. They did a 60,000 mile service even though the 30,000 mile service had been done 5,000 miles prior.BEWARE. This dealer service department is ULTRA HIGH PRESSURE and will rush to start things before the customer has a chance to think about it.

This place is great, the service is awesome, the staff and mechanics are very knowledgeable and quick to get you the help you need. My only complaint is the pricing. They'll charge you 90 bucks just to put on a battery hold down, something that takes literally 2 minutes to install. Just wish they were a bit more affordable.

I have been there 4 times for oil changes on my Outback. Worst experience EVER. The did their inspection of the vehicle and reported numerous issues. Stated both drive belts were dry rotted and cracked. NEVER took off inspections covers for timing belt. Both belts had been replaced 3 & 5 months ago. Got a quote for $2300 including wheel bearing which is actually a little loose. Totally unresponsible service advisors!!!

Went in for an oil change. Was charged $130.00. Seems excessive.
Also asked to have the rear window washer looked at. Was told the initial evaluation would cost $160.00. That's outrageous. Shouldn't the evaluation charge match the time required to diagnose?
Never going back unless we have a car under warranty.

Had a problem with break lights turning on when car was just sitting in driveway. Found it was problem with break light switch. They corrected the issue and after a week problem has not returned. Start to finish took about and hour. Will keep an eye on it to see if it reoccurs or not.
