Everything went well. The only complaint I have is when I bought my car I purchased the oil change package and every time I go to Berman for oil change they try and charge me and it takes forever for them to look up and find the information. They need a better system in regards to this.

Horrible experience. I was significantly overcharged for the services, and the work itself was not done properly. The alignment was done incorrectly, and my steering wheel is now off-center. Overall, very disappointing - I would not recommend.

The staff was short, rude, and dismissive. They didn't listen to me and didn't do what I asked. I don't know if it was because I'm a woman or they're just terrible at their jobs, but I would stay away. No thank you!

They had my Vechie since 8/24/24 up until 12/30/24 and was supposed to and oil change in Aug I see Carfax is saying I'm due for oil change it was care of Nissan and I see car fax say if we don't see a report it can appear in 7 days well I don't see a report for the repairs of the air compressor and alternator that they diagnose on 8/24/24

They required a $200 just to diagnose my car which they played off as it would go to the service costs. I also knew it was a moon roof drain clog. After 2 hours, they finally "diagnosed" it and tried to tell me it's going to cost $630 to fix a clog! I cut my losses and paid the diagnosing fee and went and got it fixed for $130. Still saved money not having them fix it. Just an insane rip off and will never go back.

I liked a young man named Martin that took care of me and serviced my car. I didn't care for, what I felt was an aggressive upsell to for new car by Margarita. I'm sorry, but my experience with Piemonte Nissan has NEVER been pressure sales.
But again, I had great service from Martin and another gentleman whose name I didn't get. We talked at the service desk about my car and then about sports... very chilled and a great approach.

My experience was great! Came in for service, oil-change, regular maintenance, wheel rotation. Everything came out good. Ended up leaving with a complimentary car-wash. Nice waiting area as well to wait for the service team to be done.

This was my second time going to Berman Nissan. The employees there are nice. They greeted me when I walked in and asked how could they help me. I went in for a oil change, but I also got two new tires and a wheel alignment. My car was ready the next day.
