When my warning lights came on and I took into Bergstrom for maintenance I was told it needed some parts and no problem to keep on driving it while waiting for parts to come in, even though warning lights were on. The car broke down on highway within a week. Was given a loaner vehicle while waiting for part for approximately 6 weeks

Really appreciated Bergstrom Subaru getting me in on Christmas Eve and up and running by Monday. Lacked in communication a little, but Im very grateful they were able to get my car highway-safe while I was visiting from Florida. Didnt feel like they were trying to oversell me.

Had a strange noise coming from right rear wheel grinding scraping noise. Called Bergstrom they were able to get me in that day turns out the right rear brake shoe broke off and rotors were slightly warped.. They replace brake shoes and warped rotors in a timely fashion, I was able to have my car back to go to work the next day. Never disappointed in the service I get.

The service writer did not follow EXACT instructions, also let a trainee move my car who clearly DID NOT know how to operate a manual transmission. When questioned on that he blew me off by saying he'll check for damage to my clutch...Hmmm. so how did he do that???????? No experience shop help. Never will they get their hands on my vehicle again.

The first vehicle listed I contacted them about was told it was sent to auction, the second one I contacted the sales person directly with the stock and vin numbers, he stated he would check it out and never got back to me. Guess they really don't want the business of those of us on a tighter budget.

They did a great job. Had taken it to another Subaru dealer in the area and they tried to charge me 3xs the amount this dealer did. They fixed the issue and didnt try to add other costs on. Will definitely go back if anything else goes wrong with my Subaru. Thanks!

Left message with my voicemail that I as unable to decipher. I was at work when message was left for me, but couldn't make out any of the communication when retrieving my voicemail. I later internet searched the dealer, and the vehicle was no longer posted, so I assumed it had been sold. Thought at first it was my loss but came to realize it is more the dealership loss.

The speed of service here was great, but quality was lacking from a Nissan dealership. Had my tires replaced and my vehicle has TPMS. After they serviced my vehicle, they didn't throughly check the warning lights on the dashboard: TPMS warning light. Wished this would've been taken care of right away...Will schedule another time to fix the rear-left TPMS after I save up.
