Very good service overall, but 1 way to improve is reply to the text messages sent in the system. It is said customers can text or call for status updates, but when I texted there was no reply. I did call to learn the part was ordered and that had delayed the work.

I normally enjoy dealing with Bergeys, but I was given false information and mis-lead by their service people. They did not stand by their word and gave me a real run-around. I reached out to the service manger, only to get no response. Very disappointed In bergeys.

The place is a complete rip-off. I got an oil change and a fuel filter change for my silverado and it cost me $450. Outrageous!!! Looked up online for a OEM fuel filter and it was $44. The labor for the fuel filter takes no more than 15 minutes. Never again

I had the most wonderful experience at Bergen's . The staff was great and even took me home and picked me up after the service was complete. The shuttle driver was so nice and had a great sense of humor. Will switch my future service from Starr Cadillac in Quakertown where they don't even have a loaner car for customers to Bergey's.

They were great. I was scheduled for an oil change, but I had last minute issues with other things. They wanted to keep my truck for a couple days so they were able to get me a loaner to use. Unfortunately, they were not able to recreate the issue so that is still a little concern.
