Peter Breaux is the best Service Advisor that I have ever worked with, even when compared to other dealerships. He is very insightful, asking the right questions to document the issues during intake, and very attentive in that he provides regular status updates. I was very pleased when he returned to Bergeron, as he had been my Service Advisor for years.

The gentleman who I spoke to about my desired vehicle had zero answers for me regarding the vehicle. I was told the truck was sent off for scratch repairs however, upon viewing it, the scratches were all there and I was told it was a computer issue. The vehicle was dirty and below empty on fuel. The salesman was kind but didn't seem interested in selling me a car.

They did a brake job on our 2021 jeep gladiator overland and now the brakes squeeks. We have brought it back to them several times for them to tell us they don't hear anything. Everyone time we pickup the vehicle , you can hear the brakes squeeks. I will corporate headquarters because the service at this dealer is very unacceptable.

My experience was positive! I like how Bergeron now gives out numbers to orderly respond to early birds waiting. It is fair way of responding to customers.
The tech was courteous and the recommendations were informative but not the usual sales pitch!
The customer waiting areas is comfortable and I like the email and call update.

I don't like feeling taken advantage of when presented with assessment of repair needs. I requested the best price and service rep stated that this was the "menu price". When I insisted on a better price he offered me a $15 off coupon on the oil change and the. He added $15.50 to the replacement of a rear windshield wiper which above the price initially quoted.

Left in the darkI dropped off my Jeep in Thursday morning at 7 and never received a phone call, text or email. I called on Saturday to check status only to find out my paperwork was sitting on the wrong service agents desk. I then had to call them back to see if/when my Jeep would be ready.
