I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AT THERE ST. JOE RD LOCATION FOR AND OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. THEY GOT ME RIGHT IN AND THE SERVICE WAS GREAT AT A REASONABLE PRICE. IT WAS DONE QUICKLY AND THE INTERIOR WAS NICELY VACUUMED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BERGER AUTO TO EVERYONE. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE.

The first time they installed a complete wrong differential in the jeep and all in all, they had it for close to three weeks in total. The second time they also install the wrong part and they let me take it home with a broken speedometer so the third week I had to have that fixed as well. I wont be going back there.

$12,000 later & every time I take it in for a oil change, they magically always find something wrong. They wont admit to the mistakes they made on my vehicle and only want my money for their wrong doing. Highly upset and disappointed at the moment. I trusted them but not sure anymore.

Appointment was for a service engine warning light and service air bag warning light. Found and repaired broken wire causing service air bag warning.
Checked the sensors likely causing the service engine warning and all tested ok.
Cleared the warning and recommended to drive and monitor. If warning light returned they would perform additional investigation.
Service was performed quickly and explanation through.
Very happy with services performed.
