It took 4 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently there was an issue with the alignment machine but no one communicated that to me. Then, when they came in to talk to me, they were only there to try to upsell me into changing out my spark plugs on this visit too, no acknowledgment of how long it had taken.

Was kept waiting for 5 hours at your location and had to inquire about my auto a few times asking how the repair was going with the oil leak. Was told oh it's not just a oil leak .. ok my customer service skills would be sorry sir its taking long than expected!! Anyway auto was ready just sitting there I had to ask can I have my car released and pay my bill .. not the best customer service. Will not return.

Benton Nissan had my car for almost 2 weeks without offering a loaner free of charge. I never received updates unless I called multiple times a day asking to speak for a manager. When someone keeps your car for 2 weeks you'd think they would give updates. Horrible customer service and communication. Do not recommend going here.

Quick friendly service. I did not like how we had to add on additional maintenance to our car service and they would not take a $25 gift card they gave us from the dealership on a car service. Had it been rung up on a different ticket, we could have used it. It just seemed shady. Also prices were much higher than our usual tech.

normally my visits are good but after I got home I discovered that all four of my wheel rims was scared. I knew if I complain about it , it would do no good. This happen while tires was being rotated. If I recommended this service, I would advice them to inspect their vehicle carefully !

This is unusual for Benton Nissan, but i spent about 2-1/2 hours waiting for service thinking my car was being serviced. After it was brought to my attention that my vehicle had not been acknowledged, the serviceman then promised a discount which he did not keep. Afterwards he told me to see him next time I'm there.
