A part on my turbo went out, and I was told it could take a week or possibly two to get my truck repaired. They were kind enough to set me up with a loaner vehicle until my truck was fixed. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. I truly appreciate the great customer service.

Paid $250 for an alignment and tire rotation, and the tire pressure monitoring system was not reset. I had to bring the vehicle back another day to get the system reset. (One might think that a Nissan dealership would know what needs to be done to complete a service on a Nissan brand vehicle.)

I didn't like the fact that can't diagnose a sound coming from my right front tire that my truck has been making since they changed my brakes. Basically said the scraping grinding noise could be normal for some vehicles and there's nothing wrong with a tie rod resting against the dust plate.

They did exactly what they were supposed to do with a critical recall issue and then fought for us with corporate about further issues that needed repair because of the original problem and got approval and fixed everything on our car. I will definitely be back to test drive their inventory when this vehicle is beyond repair. They really did exceed what I thought they would be able to do for me. Excellent job!

Was kept updated on the service being done. I was having trouble with my car starting up at varying times. Diagnostic showed the numbers to be good for the battery. It still happens out of the blue.
