I love this dealership and their service department. The staff is always friendly. They are very thorough and efficient. I love that there are three different waiting areas. I drive 50 minutes to this dealership when there is a VW dealership maybe 10 minutes from my house. Love the service. Highly recommend.

Was not great, it was just a tyre replacement, they told me that it would be ready in 2 days at 11 am, went there at 11 am, was told that the part has not arrived, escalated to the spare part manager and they managed to find the tyre, it took them 4 hours to replace the tyre, wasted half day there, to be fair they offered 30 dollars discount at the end of all this chaos

Horrible customer service and try's everything they can not to honor the car's warranty. I had to get corporate involved to have them fix warranty items that other dealers in FL and surrounding states cover without question. Avoid this dealership as they scam customers just because they have expensive cars they think they can rip them off every visit.

My battery died unexpectedly at a gas station two buildings away from the dealership. Anthony in service answered the call, said we could get right in and kept his promise. He met us and took my boyfriend to recharge the battery to get it to the service bay. They checked for other issues, found none and changed the battery immediately. I was floored by their promptness and superior friendly service. It was amazing.

I had a great experience at this location , an exceptional customer service provided by service department and what really counts is a job well done by the technician who worked on alignment , oil change and rotates my tires as well did a breaks inspection , best of all a priceless advice given to me about a right timing for a rotors and break pads replacement . Suzann was great to work with on my 2008 Bentley GTC which had been stolen and found 3 weeks later. The insurance company had it towed to Bentley Atlanta to determine the amount of damage. Suzann was my contact person who kept me advised about the progress that they where making as the claim went on. It was totaled and that was the end of a sad adventurer. Bentley Atlanta is a really good place with exceptional people.

The service was scheduled and occurred on time. They apologized for the delay in completion (about 1.5 hours to change two tires), but the work was done nicely. Again, they apologized for no car wash which has been the situation for the two years that I have had service there.

I saw the EPC (electric power control) warning come on, so I went to the dealer to get it examined. The dealer said there was no problem and showed me the results. This included when the warning turned on and for how long, similar to black box on an airplane. They also told me to use top tier in chevron or shell gas - or 89% gas to protect my car. thanks a lot

They will perform a detailed inspection of the car (that will cost you $120) and will provide you a detailed report with all issues and prices. Very expensive shop to service your car, so you may want to handle the issues they find somewhere else that is more affordable.

All requested services (oil change, tire rotation, vehicle disinfected, and cleaning of Air Conditioning duct system) were performed in a timely fashion. Pricing was as indicated-high but expected. One glaring oversight! Tire pressure on all 4 tires was below recommended levels and check tire icon came on after I left the facility. Had to add air pressure and reset the icon. Should not have happened.
