With the exception of no longer offering a Conventional Oil option, everything was first class. From fitting me in for a drop off oil change, rather than scheduling it 10 days out, to their detailed assessments before beginning and beyond, very good service.
Even Boaz's detailed explanation of service and working to make my cranky father happy with everything... was amazing! I think that we will be back.

Everyone was very attentive and helpful. But I know my tire pressures were not checked as I had asked, because the passenger rear pressure was low when I brought the 2021 KIA in on 7/25/25 and it was low when I checked it later when I got on the road.

Ben and his staff are knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. They don't make promises they can't keep and treat people fairly.
I bring our daily drivers to them for all service and repair needs.
I have a classic 70's muscle car, which is not their niche, but they gave me a solid referral of a local automotive shop that works on classic vehicles.

Ben's team is always friendly and personable, and explains the reasons why a service needs to be performed. They have always been honest about the urgency of a service - whether immediately critical to the safety of driving versus noticing something is wearing down but has more time before replacement is needed.
