When I arrived, I was told they no longer honored the VIP and the inspection cost would be around $95. After speaking later to Dylan, he had met with the Manager who decided to ok the VIP because others had complained about it. So I went back and the inspection was completed.

I was treated with courtesy and respect as soon as I walked in. We discussed my issue with my car and they diagnosed my issue and repaired my car. Had to leave it over night waiting on part. They provided a loaner car. Great service and professionalism!

The gentleman that signed me in knew exactly what job I was there for. There was a gentle man who waited and held the door for me when I came in as well as someone opened and held the door for me on my way out. My car was completed earlier than I expected and I was given a shuttle ride home when I dropped my car off and also had a shuttle pick we up when it was completed! Great experience!

Not sure if I like the new service waiting room. Very sterile feeling. Uncomfortable chairs and too low of a table Two TV's. One playing repeatedly ad's for service after a few minutes you're tired of seeing the same thing over and over again. The other TV I guess was for the service people behind the desk. Not a Monster Truck fan.

I had to wait an hour for a service that is listed as taking roughly 15 minutes, but maybe that was unrealistic given the amount of customers at the time. They did rinse off the outside of the car which was nice.
