what service? You brought my car back on 9/3 so how did I have service on 9/9? Let it sit there for 11 days and then looked at it real quick? Don't believe you did anything and what happened to the light that was on the dash? No mention of that. where is the paperwork on what you say you did?

I was from out of town and the check engine light was on for my new Pacifica. They were able to diagnose the problem but the part was on back order. My van was drivable so I took it to my dealer upon arriving home and it is scheduled for service. Bennet was very courteous and professional. They gave me paperwork that helped my dealer's service to confirm their diagnosis.

I was greeted with a warm welcoming. Received the services that I went in for except for one where they were honest and upfront why they didn't do one of the services I went in for. I've never had a problem with any of the services that I take my vehicle in to have serviced. Staff very friendly and respectful.

They do not carry spare parts. It takes a week to get a part. When the part finally arrived, they put it back together and reused a washer that you are not supposed to reuse. That caused a ticking sound. It took another 10 days for the washer to come in to fix the problem they created.

Bennett is the worst place for customer service and for services I've had performed there, it hasn't been perfect yet on the first try. I've left 3 messages with them right now on an issue I took my truck in for and they haven't called me back yet and it's been since 2/19 - almost two weeks I'm so over this service center!

Started out fine. Bought a car. They gave me the car with maybe 1 gallon of gas. So I had to stop and buy gas with in 15 minutes of buying the car. Pushed the gas door to open it and the door feel off and hit the ground. Kia warranty would not cover that do I had to pay for that as well as a new tire. They did not give me all the paperwork I needed and signed. I mean the loan papers. Don't care about the customer, just making the sale.

Poor communication: First said he would call me to say how long my wait would be but didn't call me. Then, after 1.5 hours, I checked to see if my car was ready and it was. It might have been ready in 15 min but I waited 1.5 hours for a service recall inspection. No repair; now waiting for parts to complete the repair.
