These are excellent car service providers for my aging Kia. Not only did they give me discounts on my car's needs but they also explained every service needed. I will go to them for ALL my auto needs. And they are just kind, nice, professional serice providers, not common in my experience. They go the extra mile and more.

Didn't order all parts for a lower cross arm replacement with bushings so wanted to sell me just the bushings only to use O'Reilly's parts. Very disappointing with Ben White Automotive. Had to return to get my wheel lock tool & was given the coldest of shoulders, as if it was my, the customer's fault. They're only good for oil changes...if that.

Ben White Automotive did a poor job diagnosing and repairing my vehicle.
They held my car for 2 weeks under the promise of receiving a part to fix my ac, lying multiple times about where the part was and when it would arrive. After 2 weeks, BWA tells me they need a completely different part and want to charge me an additional $900.
Currently pursing litigation if BWA does not issue a full refund.

Absolutely honest people. Made appointment to fix inner tie rod for the steering wheel (believing that was the problem). Turns out the problem was a recurring issue with the power steering from another mechanic. Saved me from an unnecessary repair. Wish more mechanics were as truthful as Ben White Automotive.
