Terrible Service! I was not invited to do a write-up before service. I had been emailed coupons to get oil change & tire rotation for $59.95 and wiper blades for 24.95. I paid $62.45 for oil change and did not receive tire rotation because they could not do it with their tools. I paid $28 for wiper blades. I will not return.

Fixed the hvac issue, but I went in pretty soon after I bought the vehicle because a couple of fuses werent working correctly and it was blowing hot air. They gave me a courtesy fix for switching some fuses and I believe they knew what was going on with the hvac because it ended up costing me around $700 to fix it after I set up a second service appointment. Seemed sketchy. Not very pleased with the whole situation

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience at Ben Davis Ford..I bought a 2016 ford Taurus 8-20-25 from Matt McClain not even 4 hours we bought the car the back up camera went out reach out to Matt the next day about the issue cause the car came with a PROMISE 3 month warranty he told us his service guys will gladly look at it but couldn't get the car into shop till 9-19-25..Well after they look at it they told us it would be almost $1100 to get it fix I ask about the warranty on it cause I know it came with a 3 month warranty now they saying there NO warranty on the car..THIS PLACE Definitely not honest or trustworthy would NOT recommend dealing with them."
