I had an appointment at 8:00 AM for a simple oil change, but it took 3 hours to get my car back. That's an unusually long wait for such a basic service, especially with a scheduled appointment. I found the process frustratingly slow and hope this can be improved for future visits.

I have literally told people about this service experience. I was very impressed with your service receptionist Mandy - proof that AI can do great things. My service advisor was friendly and really cared about his customers. He took care of the appointment in record time, proactively addressed another issue that I didn't know was a thing, and had my car washed. I will be sticking with Bell Mitsubishi for all future service needs.

I got a nail in my tire. Glad that I add the Tire and Rims Protection, at the time of purchase of the vehicle, from the dealership. They took care of problem under the mentioned above Coverage, with no charge. A Service representative was friendly and willing to help. He took care of me without an appointment. Overall - Excellent Experience, from my visit, of the Bell Mitsubishi Service Department.

Not good. Service was good but one of the guys in the service department tried to tell me the reason the screen shuts off is cause a overheat protection. So I told them why is it over heating and he said it's normal it does it to protect it from over heating. Told me they updated my screen and now my car doesn't cool unless 61 degrees. At 62 degrees it's throwing out heat

Only giving one star because I have to give something. They misrepresented the car in the deal, lied about service and repairs that were done. Only found out from the manufacturer. Not only that, the sales manager told me to F off when I asked questions about the financing after they called me back sand said they messed up the terms and over changed me. RUN RUN RUN away from ever doing business with this dealership!!!!

Well, I had my last visit at Mitsubishi, and for sure I expected them to come back with you need this done and I was totally shock that they did the oil changed and not indicated I needed to rotate my tires, or other things like they normally do. Made an appointment still had to wait a whole 4 days for my parts finally come in had to call them to see if it came in on the day of it fixing they still Made me wait hours for me havin to come back a week later stating it was other problem they supposedly had miss never once mention anything else wrong feel like they just try to get money out of you they dont care about your cars there bad service
