Everytime we come to Bell Honda, they always try to upsell us everything and screw is over. 2 weeks ago there was a nail in our tire which we already were told by discount tire was fixable with just a small patch and when bell Honda saw it they told us it wasn't fixable at all and we had to get a completely new tire. Will not be coming back because this isn't the first time something like this happened

their 'Multi point inspection' is worthless. they marked 'pass' on 2 items of maintenance that I can obviously observe should not have passed. What kind of assurance do I have that they even looked at the things I need a PROFESSIONAL to check? Also - disgusted that HONDA feels it necessary to add a credit card surcharge. They set their own prices for maintenance services, does it not cover the price of doing business?

I had a big piece of metal in my tire and they looked it up for me and I had purchased a warranty on the tires I was at work and the tire was flat they took it right in right away and got it done fast. They were so friendly and also did my inspection at the same time.

Waited all day for an oil and transmission oil change, never was updated the progress, and I called several times to see the status with no response until 20 min before they closed on Saturday. Kicker: they ripped my wiper and recommended a replacement not knowing the entire rear end was just rebuilt 3 days before seeing them. Plus a new battery 3 days before, and they upsold the little $3 felt battery terminal kit for $20+
