They provide very good & prompt service. I felt they could have taken more time to review what the problem was and why they updated the software on the computer. This is the second time in 20,000 miles that this truck has gone into limp mode without notice and would not drive go over 20 mph. We are at the point of feeling that the truck is unreliable for long trips. If it happens again it is time to change brands.

Morgan and the team figured out what the problem was with the fuel door. It was making me crazy as every time I started the car I got an error message that said the fuel door was open and I had to close it or I would get a check engine light issue. I had to get out and push on the little door a couple of times in order to fix whatever was causing the message and get back in. Thank you Morgan! You are my hero!!
