THE DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIRS WERE VERY THOROUGH AND REPAIRS DONE WELL. CAR DRIVES AND SOUNDS GOOD. THE SERVICE COMMUNICATION WAS VERY POOR. WHEN THE PART DIDN'T COME IN THAT MORNING THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL AND DIDN'T RESPOND TO OUR CALLS SO WE HAD TO DRIVE OVER IN THE AFTERNOON TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. THAT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN YOU HAVE ONE CAR AND TRYING TO ORGANIZE TRANSPORTATION.

Took all day to service vehicle. 2 of the 5 things could have been done together. Tried to pick vehicle at 3:30 trouble the recall. Picked vehicle up at 4:50. Had coolant service when to drive vehicle the next morning and had to add anti freeze before it could be driven.Wont be returning any time soon. The second dealership failure.

The service department was very busy when I arrived in the morning with many cars dropped off at the same time. They did an oil change, rotated the tires, and performed 2 recalls in about 2 hours which I consider pretty efficient. The waiting area is comfortable and I was able to get some work done on the computer while I waited.

Had a cracked windshield. There was a recall on cracked windshields. Took to Subaru. They had to order windshield. Kept checking they would say it was not in, but windshield had come in and no one had bothered to inform us. It took about 5 WEEKS to get it repaired. POOR COMMUNICATION/SERVICE.

Although the oil and filter was changed, as expected, and I can only assume that all inspections were done, I'd been told that a car wash was a part of the process, and it definitely was NOT done. On the plus side, a service tech did give me a lead on a product to get some scratches off of my passenger door.

Service was great. The service rep was ready for me when I pulled in. He gave me an estimate of the time it would take and showed me the comfortable waiting area. The car was ready pretty close to when he said. They even washed the exterior for me!

We only got one key when we bought this wonderful used car. We wanted another before we took off on a 2,000 mile trip. The cost of the key and the service to program it cost over $200. Geez! Make sure you get a spare key from the dealer before you buy the car.

They changed oil and did multi-point inspection. They mentioned that battery was running low but made it seem as no big deal. Battery went dead the next day. Would have been nice to hear that I needed the battery replaced and not just that it was low.

I am embarrassed to say I have been trusting these people for years. They are the most incompetent service department I have ever dealt with. It took them three times to fix an oil leak, they put in a wheel bearing that destroyed itself 22 miles later, when the bearing came apart it damaged my transmission, and they alway have an excuse for their errors. I will never go back.

VW was making a funny noise. Bring it right in, they said. Needed a timing belt. When I was at work the next day, a co-worker said you should replace the water pump at the same time. On my break, I called the service dept. and they had already figured the new water pump into the price I was quoted. Excellent service.

The service was great. I was in and out in the allotted time. Everyone was courteous and friendly. the only thing I wish is that someone would have let me know about the 36K mile warranty then I could have received my wiper blades at no cost. I was at 40K, thus I had to pay for my wiper blades.
