by 2017 VOLKSWAGEN BEETLE SE/SEL Owner on 09/13/2026Verified Service
Absolutely the most professional staff, very helpful with questions I had regarding my used VW Beetle. I would definitely recommend them, even the person whom I talked with to make the appointment was so pleasant and professional. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks to all of the service shop for everything.
by 2023 VOLKSWAGEN ID.4 PRO S PLUS Owner on 10/02/2026Verified Service
Very efficient visit. The recall and a small service item were completed in a couple of hours. Thanks for the courtesy vehicle!
by 2024 VOLKSWAGEN ATLAS SEL Owner on 09/23/2026Verified Service
Great service fast and friendly! My only suggestion is an exterior car wash would be nice like most other service centers provide.
by 2024 VOLKSWAGEN TAOS SE Owner on 08/30/2026Verified Service
Great service, the staff was right on top of everything, kept me informed on the status of my vehicle, and escorted me to my car when complete

Beechmont VW just makes having service easy. From an easy loaner car to all the txt message updates, my week doesn't miss a beat. I think this may be my 7th car from them. KP

Excellent customer care and attention. Care for the vehicle by performing thorough multi-point inspections on common wear and tear areas during routine maintenance.
by 2019 VOLKSWAGEN GOLF R Owner on 06/10/2026Verified Service
Amazing how much better my Golf R feels now! Fixing A cracked wheel and under inflated front right tire really improved the ride quality. Who woulda thunk it?
by 2020 VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT R-LINE Owner on 04/28/2026Verified Service
Expert care with a clean, comfortable atmosphere. I enjoyed the video walk through and time table updates.
by 2023 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN SE R-LINE BLACK Owner on 01/12/2026Verified Service
The team here is excellent. We drove 4x as far to come here than another VW service station. We'll be back. The team is friendly, helpful and top notch.
by 2019 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA S/SE/R-LINE Owner on 07/12/2025Verified Service
THE DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIRS WERE VERY THOROUGH AND REPAIRS DONE WELL. CAR DRIVES AND SOUNDS GOOD. THE SERVICE COMMUNICATION WAS VERY POOR. WHEN THE PART DIDN'T COME IN THAT MORNING THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CALL AND DIDN'T RESPOND TO OUR CALLS SO WE HAD TO DRIVE OVER IN THE AFTERNOON TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON. THAT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN YOU HAVE ONE CAR AND TRYING TO ORGANIZE TRANSPORTATION.
by 2019 VOLKSWAGEN ATLAS SE Owner on 07/06/2023Verified Service
Took all day to service vehicle. 2 of the 5 things could have been done together. Tried to pick vehicle at 3:30 trouble the recall. Picked vehicle up at 4:50. Had coolant service when to drive vehicle the next morning and had to add anti freeze before it could be driven.Wont be returning any time soon. The second dealership failure.
by 2015 SUBARU OUTBACK 2.5I LIMITED Owner on 10/11/2016Verified Service
The service department was very busy when I arrived in the morning with many cars dropped off at the same time. They did an oil change, rotated the tires, and performed 2 recalls in about 2 hours which I consider pretty efficient. The waiting area is comfortable and I was able to get some work done on the computer while I waited.
by 2015 SUBARU OUTBACK 2.5I LIMITED Owner on 03/28/2016Verified Service
Had a cracked windshield. There was a recall on cracked windshields. Took to Subaru. They had to order windshield. Kept checking they would say it was not in, but windshield had come in and no one had bothered to inform us. It took about 5 WEEKS to get it repaired. POOR COMMUNICATION/SERVICE.
by 2015 SUBARU FORESTER 2.5I PREMIUM Owner on 12/09/2015Verified Service
Although the oil and filter was changed, as expected, and I can only assume that all inspections were done, I'd been told that a car wash was a part of the process, and it definitely was NOT done. On the plus side, a service tech did give me a lead on a product to get some scratches off of my passenger door.

Service was great. The service rep was ready for me when I pulled in. He gave me an estimate of the time it would take and showed me the comfortable waiting area. The car was ready pretty close to when he said. They even washed the exterior for me!

We only got one key when we bought this wonderful used car. We wanted another before we took off on a 2,000 mile trip. The cost of the key and the service to program it cost over $200. Geez! Make sure you get a spare key from the dealer before you buy the car.
by 2006 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA TDI OPTION PKG 1 Owner on 05/21/2015Verified Service
They changed oil and did multi-point inspection. They mentioned that battery was running low but made it seem as no big deal. Battery went dead the next day. Would have been nice to hear that I needed the battery replaced and not just that it was low.
by 1994 SUBARU SVX LSI/LSL Owner on 05/16/2015Verified Service
I am embarrassed to say I have been trusting these people for years. They are the most incompetent service department I have ever dealt with. It took them three times to fix an oil leak, they put in a wheel bearing that destroyed itself 22 miles later, when the bearing came apart it damaged my transmission, and they alway have an excuse for their errors. I will never go back.
by 2007 VOLKSWAGEN EOS 2.0T Owner on 11/18/2014Verified Service
VW was making a funny noise. Bring it right in, they said. Needed a timing belt. When I was at work the next day, a co-worker said you should replace the water pump at the same time. On my break, I called the service dept. and they had already figured the new water pump into the price I was quoted. Excellent service.
by 2012 SUBARU LEGACY 2.5I PREMIUM Owner on 10/27/2014Verified Service
The service was great. I was in and out in the allotted time. Everyone was courteous and friendly. the only thing I wish is that someone would have let me know about the 36K mile warranty then I could have received my wiper blades at no cost. I was at 40K, thus I had to pay for my wiper blades.
