I was actually going to get an appointment for Castrucci Ford because I was going to be in Milford, but they didn't have any available appointments until July. This was on a Thursday & I was able to get in the next day at Beechmont Ford. I got the Works package & also a car battery replacement and was done in under an hour!

Only 2 things I didn't like. 1. My appointment was for 9am, but my vehicle didn't seen until several hours later. 2. The mechanic that changed my oil left 1/4th quart of oil in the bottles due to not letting them drain properly. Otherwise, awesome job.

I recently had my Ford Escape in to have a particular problem diagnosed and repaired. Everything went very well. Harley, the service advisor, handled everything in a very friendly, courteous, and professional manner. She kept me updated on what was going on and the procedures to my vehicle. And explained things in a very detailed way. I will definitely return to Beechmont Ford for all my vehicle needs.

I have a Mustang Dark Horse and the 5 liter engine takes 10 quarts of oil. When I checked the oil at home, it was 1/2 quart low on oil, and they left 1/2 quart of oil in one ot the oil bottles I supplied. As a loyal Ford customer, I thought I could trust the Ford dealership to know how to properly service my car. I'm not a mechanic, and even I knew the engine in my car takes 10 quarts of oil. I'm very disappointed.

Tech did not test the truck after replacing fuel filters. Hose popped off and sprayed fuel in the engine compartment about 100 yards from the dealer. They came out, figured it out so I could drive it back in to the service bay for them to recheck everything. Service manager agreed that more training/process improvement was required when we spoke.

when you're told that service was preformed by service manager and later manager denies that service was perform....You Get Ticked. when the inspection of A post was done the tech scraped the paint. also the A post was left unattached!

I'm not pleased with the wiring of the hitch, the connector was just attached to the safety chain keeper. The wiring connection should have been placed inside the bumper somewhere, or attached somehow to the vehicle other than the way it is.

When I finally picked up my truck my steering wheel, door handle and hood were black from grease .. side of inside of door had black scuff marks on it front of truck where hood latches was black after thousands of dollars in repairs I would expect my truck to not need cleaned before I could get in it!

august 2022 paid to have rear end rebuilt.this august was hearing noise from my rear end of truck said it needed more work since work on august 2022 i thought that it would be cover from last year work.when was built last year did not replace bearing like they should have. so 2022 $1300 and 2023 $1600 so watch out
