It was very easy to get an appointment. Oil change and tire rotation. I was able to use a coupon as well. They did a fairly thorough inspection as well. I have a small list of things that I know I need to take care of, but just can't spend the money on right now. Very quick service.

Female service attendant did not go over my services to address any issues. She just charged me, then I had to follow up asking if any issues following my service. My car also sat following service and I ended up going up to female service associate asking if my car was done serving. She said she just received my documents when I know that wasn't the truth seeing that service personnel dropped off paperwork a good time before.

My experience at Beaverton Nissan was incredible and my service agent Josue was absolutely amazing. I have gotten behind on maintenance but Josue answered all my questions and put my worries at ease. Appointment was easy to schedule, and a short wait. Service was great. Reps were friendly and helpful. They paid for Uber to my home and back when the work on my car was going to take a while. I've been going here for several years now and have always been pleased with their work. Will definitely continue to bring my car here as long as I'm living in the area.

Did everything and a suprise expense was 700.00 otherwise car wasn't drivable then 2 days later my fuel pump went out and it wasn't drivable had to have it towed. Then I got my car back a third time and check engine light came on ran codes and it's catalytic converter luckily it's and o2 sensor my dad is fixing. My next car will not be a Nissan

Got a simple oil change. Tech drove car into bay with hood open...no idea how he could see where he was going. Came home and had to change a flat as my tire had a huge bolt in it. Texted the service number with what happened as well as a picture of the tire. No response.

Excellent service with a focus on customer satisfaction. A clear improvement from the last couple of years. You don't feel like you're getting a runaround, they've consolidated their cashier with the service department which makes so much more sense, and the rides to and from home or work are a great perk. On the flip side, the coffee machine can no longer spit out a decent cappuccino.. maybe call the service person :))

Very pleasant check-in and out. Only issue I have is that I brought the car in for the 15,000 mile service and to check on brake noise. They reported that the brake pads were fine and if I wanted them to do more re the brake noise, I should schedule another appointment. I expected them to do the extra inspection at this appointment.

Beaverton Nissan did a great job with my vehicle. It was efficient and prompt. My radiator fluid (engine coolant) reservoir is in the minimum line. So they said it's normal. They did an oil change and filter change, tire rotation, and maintenance inspection.

I enjoy getting my oil change back at my dealer (that I bought it from), they take care of everything. Was slightly upset to find out I had a factory recall on my car and they didnr notify me or ask while I was there if I wanted it taken care of.
