Awful experience at Beaverton KIA, I will NEVER take my car there again! Took my car because the check engine light was on, they kept my car for a week and when I picked it up the light was still on! Charged me $100.00 just to check my car and did zero work and their recommendations were completely wrong. Terrible customer service!

Upon reviewing your case, we responded within two days and attempted to explore warranty coverage for the repair. Unfortunately, due to the New Year's holiday, the process took longer, and we were unable to secure coverage. We suspect that the perceived diagnostic inaccuracy may stem from not performing the recommended top engine soak along with spark plug replacement, which we encourage you to consider. Replacing only the spark plugs would not correct the issue you are having with your vehicle. To address any lingering issues, we invite you to bring your vehicle for a reevaluation. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience

Service was good. But we are very frustrated! Unfortunately, the brand new 2024 Kia my husband purchased did not have a Sirius radio. When the radio stopped working within the 1st month, we wanted to pay the difference and have them order a radio with Sirius, but they said this car didn't have the capability to put in a sirius radio.

The sales team contacts you trying to sell you a new car when they know that you have a service apointment. Tried upselling me an oil change when the sticker on the windshield showed I just got one as well as trying to sell me three other service tasks not knowing they were already done recently.

I went in for a anti theft device e update on my ki. They were quick and friendly. However they did an inspection on my car, and came back with a list totally well over $3000 of things that didn't actually need to be done. They said my car battery was going out ( I had 2 other places test it who said it was normal), they said my break fluid needed to be replaced (it had been replaced less than a year ago), among other things.

I was grateful to get the work done, but since it was a problem involved in a class-action lawsuit and they needed to have my car for hours I was extremely frustrated that no vehicle was available for loan and no ride was available for me to get to work so I had to arrange transportation at my own cost and effort.

Im sorry you found it frustrating that KIA doesnt provide loaner vehicles along with the class-action lawsuit. As a dealer we do have a small fleet of discounted rentals available to our customers while we perform these services. If by chance we are out of rentals of our own we are happy to reach out to our local enterprise and they will come here and pick you up to get a rental car from them. They replaced my engine after multiple tests and provided me with a rental car. Now that the engine is replaced it has a lifetime warranty Ive been a customer with Beaverton Kia for the last 20 plus years and Ive purchased 4 cars through them I must admit theyve been more than fair with me when it comes to my vehicles and their care.. I will always recommend them when it comes to purchasing a car and vehicle maintenance.

We took our car in for the 45000 mile check up expecting them to do what the Kia manual book said needs done and they did a 15000 mile check up. No tire rotation, etc. We asked them to replace the wiper blades (expecting to pay extra) and were told they do not do that.

We do offer 15,000 mile interval services, 15,45,75 ect so you getting a 15,000 mile service is equivalent to a 45,000 mile service. We absolutely replace wiper blades so again knowing the details of your specific visit would be helpful in understanding more of what happened during your visit. They couldn't figure out the issue after putting in a starter it didn't need, and then said they will have to diagnose it again for 400! That's it just insane, and I don't recommend anyone going there!
