you told me I needed 12,000 dollars in repairs. I have the car i bought from Beaman Toyota about one year. I drive maybe 60 miles a week. SO driving the miles i normally do , my car has so much expanse to fix, that I believe it was sold to me with that many problems and I had no idea you would sell me a car in such disrepair. I did not receive any service. A driver dropped off a new set of wiper blades at my house. When this unexpected offer was made, I clearly asked that the person would install them. I was assured that would happen. It didn't and the driver stated he couldn't install. I fail to see how offering this complimentary item benefits me when I then have to schedule a service appointment and drive to the dealership to have them installed.

I loved that I got an oil change and inspection in less than hour. What I disliked the most was that I needed my cell phone charger checked too but the team wasn't there to help with that when I had my appointment. So I had to make 2 appointments. It was a big inconvenience, turns out it was for no reason. It was my phone case not the charger in my car.

My issue was that my PriusV wouldn't start. I had AAA tow my car to the dealership. I was given a rental vehicle free of charge for 2 days while my car was being diagnosed. It turned out that my auxiliary battery needed to be replaced. Everyone, especially, James Neblett, my service agent, treated me very kindly and efficiently. I appreciate the experience being taken care of so smoothly and courteously.

This place is a scam operation. They told me my brake pads were 3mm on a car I just bought from them, meaning they need to be replaced. Then when I called them on it, they said they made a mistake and that they are really 6mm. They blatantly lied about factual measurements to try to get me to buy new brake pads and rotors. Scam operation.

I like the recommendations. Will do what I have to do. I know that I will continue to drive my 2016Rav4 with 57,300 miles on it for another 6 years or so. It looks good inside and out. New cars are overrated. I also don't understand complicated cars. I could care less about newest technology.

I liked that I was able to get in the morning of my appointment. However, I didn't know that I there would be 18 cars from the previous day that needed to be fixed. Therefore, my vehicle was going to staying overnight. Thank goodness I was able to use a courtesy vehicle until the following day when mine would be ready. The staff was very courteous and professional. 5 stars for them.

My service at Beaman was great and I will continue to be back. My waiting time was not enjoyable due to the TV program available. The program for the hours I waited showed horrible/comical accidents. If anyone watching had been in an accident or knew someone who had been in an accident, the pain of viewing would have been great. Beaman can do better in program their public TV.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, as well, professional. And, I was happy with my vehicle until Saturday morning (07/12/25) when I was going through a drive through that morning and the low tire indicator light came on. Now, I have to set up another appointment with Beaman to determine why the light came on, again. Especially after Beaman replaced a nearly one year old sensor.
