If there was an option to give it a 0 I would. The worst experience ever, I hope I never come back!! They broke my car and I had to take responsibility for their actions. They never found the problem. I went 3 days without my rice and they never told me anything. If I didn't write to them, they wouldn't keep me informed about anything. I wasted my time and money!

4th time that i've brought my truck in for "diagnosis/service" of electrical/battery issue. they were unable to diagnose and therefore fix the issue and didn't have any additional suggestions. am i supposed to drive a vehicle in which the battery may be dead at any point. sold the truck. done with gmc.

Disappointed with the time it took to repair my car and the confusion with my invoice. Because they told me I needed a new rotor and I questioned about how because I just got my car in November and my car was certified pre-owned and my son called and talked to them and they told him that I didn't need a new rotor that it could be smoothed out and they didn't charge me for that but, I can fill when I drive it that they should have changed the rotor like they told me that's what it needed.
