Took my dart in for some maintenance. Haven't had my vehicle in here since my warranty expired 5 years ago due to various issues with the service department. We'll see how a oil change goes next. The new surcharge on CC charges is nice. I guess the $1300 wasn't enough.

You get the feel that either they are not sure of how to fix a problem, or they just want to play on customer ignorance to maximize what they can charge. After several wasted days and trial and error, they just reverted to what should have been the 1st option and fixed the problem. I have had this issue here before, but it will not happen again. Oil changes and tire rotations are about the limit here.

They now take pics of your car before service and video the car with narration during service. They then shared the video via email with any recommended services. They hone in on a paint damage from the hood caused by the aftermarket hood latch. They offered to fix the problem and went above and beyond. Thank you!

The mechanic all he wanted was to sell me more service not caring about what he was supposed to do my airbags needed replacing I'm sure he replaced it but he didn't replace all the parts he left some of them in the front seat of my truck I think that's kind of lazy that's my feelings about it

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership. We made it part way home and developed engine trouble. Took the Jeep to our Jeep dealer. They found a camshaft and lifter issue that should have been diagnosed by the Beaman shop. Beaman said they did an inspection of the vehicle. I can't see how they didn't find the problem if they did.

I was very pleased with the service and results. My roof rack looks great! Stephanie was prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She kept me informed on how long it would be and it was done a little earlier than expected as well. I will be back and will recommend the service department too.

Service Tec told us: There is NO quick fix. It may take more than six months for corporate engineering to approve a new battery pack. We recommend you return your new van to Chrysler, buy you a different van, or fine a lawyer to get your money back, because Chrysler do not care about customers

It is very difficult to get speak to a person in the service department. They use a third party call center that is sub-par at best. Once I get there, the communication is always clear and the wait time is not extended. The waiting area is nice with coffee, water and snacks. There is also a TV with plenty of areas to sit and work on your laptop. Overall great service, just the scheduling process needs to be tightened up.

I was pleased with the service department. They did an oil change and tire rotation in a very timely manner. They also let me know my cabin air filter was extremley dirty by showing me what it looked like. The whole team is very good about communicating things and treating my car with respect by putting seat coverings and paper on the floor.

Extended warranty coverage not honored, just got excuses for it. Either a lazy service advisor or lazy techs or both. Whatever you read about service department its still the same. If I knew this beforehand I woulda bought a Toyota.
