I didn't want to put a star at all but I had to in order to write this review. I paid for a truck approximately 3 weeks ago and haven't received the truck yet. Their communication skills aren't there at all. From the sales representative to the management team. No explanations for why I haven't received my vehicle but they are definitely sending out the bill requesting the monthly note. Terrible company

No service was performed. I brought the vehicle in for recall. Was told the parts were in when I made the appointment. After I was taken home I received a call telling me that there were no parts. Beaman called a Lyft for me to come back to get the vehicle. I am still waiting for parts to come in.

Issue was not revolved. The issue that I took it in for or is still happening even after they determined they knew what was causing the issue, so now I need to take it back in for the same issue and after a $1,200 warranty claim bill. Issue was apparently not properly diagnosed.

They were flat out deceiving about the facts on the vehicle I purchased. A few days after I purchased the vehicle the sent me the facts to sign and it showed a rebuilt title on a vehicle that had been totaled. They told me the vehicle was great and I was getting a great deal. Well take advantage and fool this 70 year old woman once but never again. I certainly learned my lesson. I would give them 0 stars if it were an option.

5 or 6 different people called me from this dealership, none of them knew who I was or what I was looking for even though I had responded to a particular car and told the second one I wanted to talk to the manager not just another responder. I never could get a person I could deal with.

We are always waited on fast and courteously. I like your waiting area because one time we had to wait several hours and they had water and snacks . I have sugar issues so it really helped me to have something to eat to keep my sugar from crashing. The chairs were very comfortqable as well, I just got out of hospital with 5 breaks in my pelvis a few weeks earlier and it really was a comfy chair.

Took my dart in for some maintenance. Haven't had my vehicle in here since my warranty expired 5 years ago due to various issues with the service department. We'll see how a oil change goes next. The new surcharge on CC charges is nice. I guess the $1300 wasn't enough.
