I was accustomed to new car sales with the treatment that goes with it. Buying use, even though it was a car with only 8,000 miles was an eye opener. Oh they were courteous but not real accommodating. I wanted my wife on title with me, they told me my bank would have to do that. The bank informed me that the dealer had to since they applied for title. They told me they would get the second key fob for me; haven heard a word. Wont ever use Bay Way again. Learned myblesson.
