Dropped vehicle off for diagnostics. I was told it should take 2-3 days. 1 week later they finally looked at it. They told me parts had to be ordered. 2 weeks later I was told the vehicle would be ready the next day. 5 days later they told me it was ready. The work was done properly, but not timely, which is just as important. That's why they call it service. They had my vehicle 3 weeks for a 1 day job?

They helped research out transmission problem- gave us a loaner while they worked on it. The bad- we found a paint defect on our car which you agreed was on the car when you sold it to us. But you wouldn't repair it -said we had to appeal to Cadillac - even though you admitted it was there. Running that now.
