Went in for complimentary maintenance,car was in the back for nearly 3 hours I had to ask what the status was for my vehicle. Asked for a copy of the service and it listed wrong oil type even though I brought my own and asked them to use it. Oil was not in the car so I hope they used it. No mention of tire rotation even though I'm pretty sure it is a part of the maintenance at every oil change.

Outstanding experience of buying car. Specially Adrian spoke to me on the phone, he delivered more than my expectations. Their price was good. The hybrid car did not come originally with a spare wheel but they provided me the spare wheel with jack on my request free of cost. There was no hidden fees and the also provided a car jockey to drive my car all the way to my home some 60 miles away without any extra cost to me.

Like the new facility. I DO NOT like their appointment system. Drove 35 miles thru traffic only to be told the loaner option I had reserved last week was not available. One of the managers offered to drop me off and pick me up when service was completed but my schedule could not make that work. Really disappointed by this dealership and will probably not be going back there for service or purchase.

Greatest dealership.... This was my 3rd. Visit to Baytown Hyundai service department. By far the best service department from all the other dealers of other car brand ( I have Toyota, Chevy, and a Jeep ). The service advisor Mr. Lee is excellent and very attentive. Service is so bad here, they have refused to work on my 2016 Hyundai Elantra under it's warranty. I wished I have never bought a Hyundai. The big Mexican working the front in service department kept making excuse after excuse to keep from having to do the work on the vehicle, back in July right wheel bearings was replaced and now the left wheel bearings are going out, the refused to fix it. This makes twice I've been turned away.
