Had a recall on my 2018 Explorer, I called and talked with Joseph he asked if I could bring it in and leave with him a couple of days. I brought it in later that day they performed an inspection on several different things and found more issues. Joseph brought them to my attention however I was unable to get the items corrected. My vehicle was ready the next day. Speedy and professional service.

Disappointed that my cross air freshener that was hanging on my mirror was damaged and nothing was said about it. Disappointed that vehicle was not backed in like it was when it was picked up. Disappointed that no commitments made about the coupon for the oil change was never addressed. This is strike 1.

They where very rude and they are crazy on there numbers on trading in a vehicle they want to give wholesale and tell you that you can't find another vehicle like they have anywhere close so I bought one about 100 miles from them for 6,500 less than there's stay away from them if you don't want to get ripped off

Walking in was greeted and asked nicely what brings me in I had no appointment an asked what I needed told AAron if he can squeeze me in that day for a recall on my vehicle long story short he said yes it was done and I was out within 3 hours keep in mind AAron said it was an all day thing but no problem out in 3 hours.

Called in the day before to check on a truck. I discussed with a rep that I was driving 4 hours away, and made an appointment for the next day to possibly buy that truck. I showed up on time, and was told that the truck was sold the evening before. So I literally drove 4 hours for nothing. Not a good way to try and earn business.

I exchanged emails with the dealership. I confirmed they still had the vehicle. I made an appointment to see it. The appointment was confirmed by a manager. I informed them I lived about 100 miles away and wanted to make sure it was there before i drove over. I arrived at my appointed time and the vehicle had been given out as a loaner and I was told I would have to come back in a couple of days. I will not be back.

Baytown Ford respond quickly concerning the Ford Edge however they had already sold the car but they were very interested in seeing what else they could find for me. Good customer service. I did not purchase a car from them but they were very professional.

I booked a same-day appointment to go test drive (and hopefully buy) a vehicle at Baytown Ford. I arrived early, only 5 hours after talking with the sales department and making the appointment, and they had sold the vehicle. No one bothered to tell me, so I drove 90 minutes round trip for nothing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
