Service person had an attitude and didn't know how to use an oil change coupon from Mopar. Will probably not return to this dealer any more. Really like my Ram 1500 and 3500 purchased from them and will be going somewhere else with my business. 2 employees are the only ones I still know working there. That tells me a lot.

Had a feeling tires were not being rotated so I decided to mark them and sure enough, they did NOT get rotated. Brought it to their attention and they said the service guy was new (although he did mark that it was done on the sheet) and I was charged. They did take it back and rotate it at that point.

It took 31/2 hours for a oil change and a recall for a software update that they said would take only 20 minutes. Then they run my battery completely down and I had to end up buying a new battery out of my own pocket. Will not being going back there again. I will take it to another dodge dealership.
