I like that i got free oil change and multi point inspection, as wheel alignment. But the did scratched my rim. The steering wheel is not center , never was anyway. Got some scratches on my driver side pillar, and I forgot to mention all the greased left out throughout the car.

I was unhappy that I had to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change. Also the mechanic that serviced my car, showed me the SAME video TWICE about the status of my car . Instead of showing me the status of my brakes/tires, as promised in the first video. I did like the service advisor that wrote up my information at the front desk. Just unhappy with a 3 hour oil change wait,

Easy to schedule the appointment. I arrived close to arrival as instructed and i was promptly seen by representatives and my car checked into be serviced. There was and even an additional recall not known to be that they were able to address. I like the location because it's easily accessible and accommodating

Service was excellent, especially from the front desk staff. I gave it 3 stars because it I spent over 5 hours there. Took a really really long time. However, I would still recommend the shop because, even though it was very expensive, she comped me my oil change and tire rotation because of how long I waited.

It was very hard to get a loaner car, for my service appointment and I had to ask the manager why it's so difficult to get a loaner which I ended up getting only because I asked other wise I would have not happened.
Also when I picked up my car the next day the car was dirtier than when I left it inside and outside which was very disappointing.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE!!! The service here is horrible. The staff is incompetent and petty. No one answers the phones or returns messages. When I didn't get the service they said I NEEDED. They triggered every warning alert in the car to make me think the car needed work. The car is fine after taking it to my normal shop. The mechanic there confirmed they were just trying to scam me.

They always do seem to genuinely want to keep my car is the best shape possible. My recommendation about brakes is for my next visit. There's never an issue that they don't have the right oil or the right filter like when I go to a 1-hour place. They not only washed but also vacuumed my car!

Several times come to the center just to replace small plastic thing. Finally they call me to pick up vehicle - all done. When service guy shows me what they have done - the plastic part felt down to the ground. No one screw or clip was attached. Seeing this service guy advise me to go to another auto shop to attach plastic molding.
