My daughter, who is a student at Pitt, took her car here for an oil change and to check on a noise. We live 5 hours away. They took care of her and gave an honest opinion of the noise without trying to upsell her or perform unnecessary work. She will go here again for sure.

Then my car was hit while they were taking it for a test drive. They handled all of the insurance hassles and took it to the body shop for repairs.

When I've had issues with my 2008 Volvo which another mechanic couldn't figure out, I brought it to Baums and they had it solved and fixed in a day. This happened a second time as well. The reason I didn't take it to them first is because they are more expensive than others, but the quality is worth it and I don't have to take it to multiple places. They're super polite and thorough and smart. I definitely recommend them.
