Made an appointment but car didn't get looked at for 2 hours. Why make an appointment? Was told that it was too secure my place, which doesn't make sense. I make an appointment with anyone else it's too be seen at that time not then wait an additional 2 hours before they even start to get me in

I was on time to an appointment I made two weeks prior, and yet had to wait one hour and 47 minutes for my car to be finished. When I made the appointment the woman on the phone was short fused, uncommunicative and rude. Both of these things are inexcusably terrible customer service. Battison: do better.

Always friendly! Besides my oil change I needed a transmission flush and couple other item. I appreciate them letting me know it would take a couple hours. I was prepared for a long stay. Things happened and was a out a little sooner. Great service!

I like feeling confident that when I call for appointment, that Frank schedules me, when I request and that I will be taken care of! He provides the diagnostic report of items needed and also visual proof and explanation of what maintenance is needed. It is satisfying to know I am not being taken advantage of through all the years of owning Hondas. The service provided by Frank and his team is excellent!

always good. the only thing that was questionable was the fact they text me saying i needed a diagnosis of $180 for a transmission leak..I declined it and when I went to check out the advisor said nothing about the transmission leaking...A little explanation would have been nice...

Our service provider The Fantastic Frank P, makes the whole time spent at battison car service a very pleasant one. A big thanks to the chaps who do the work in the service area. Please check the men's bathroom as it gets a lot of use and was very grubby when I used it.

This is the second visit at Battison where I was there for recall and as I go to leave in my car I found damages. I was concerned about returning to the dealership but it's close & im older. This time I had service rep take pictures before I let them get in car but when I pointed out the oil in the seat they blamed me. They did clean up but continued as he was working on it to blame me. This was my last visit to this dealership

The service was quick but. I left unsure of quality when they recommended a transmission service for a cvt transmission. I do not have a cvt and there is access to look at the fluid via dip stick. When I asked if it was checked I was told no just mileage. I am questioning there quality.

Making the appointment for oil change and tire rotation was easy. Once there, I added an engine coolant replacement. After an hour I was told that would take another 90 minutes so I waited. There were no more updates so after 3 hours from when I arrived I walked around and saw my car outside ready to go, no one told me it was ready. There was a disconnect in communication.

The salesman, who I believe was named Mark, had the car I called about waiting for me in the front parking lot (something Bob Howard Nissan didn't do for me). Mark was friendly and patient with me during the relatively short test drive. If you have a similar car for me (2015-2018 Acura TLX or DXL) in mid-Jan., I'll be back.

A recall was scheduled to correct a potential steering issue. Our suv was checked in around 7am. Another pending recall was addressed at this time which was a plus-thanks! Liked the people, services, and facility location. Also, the technician took time to demonstrate how to access the fob for the key. I was confused with the process of checking the car in for service. There was a mix up in the vehicle check out, but it was resolved.

Oil change was fine. The service tech tried selling un-needed maintenance. Transmission fluid and brake fluid were rated at "needs immediate attention". The fluids wer changed less than 10k miles ago.
