I was stranded in new Waverly and my car wouldn't start so I walked down to barsh auto and then I called their tow truck and he tried to jump it but said he thought it was the starter so he towed me to the shop and it was the starter they fixed it and Jack came out to where I was and picked me up and brought me to my car they are very nice and professional and I really appreciated all they did for me thanks Jack for the ride!!!

Yesterday, I visited Barsh again. I started by calling them to make sure they had enough open time for an oil change... they did, so I drove over.
I now have a new truck so I am sensitive to ensure anything done to it -- like an oil change -- is done in such a way so that it doesn't compromise my new truck warranty. I expressed my desire to see the box or jug the oil came in, so I could double check to make sure it met the manufacturers warranty, and they happily complied. I took a picture of the box, then did a quick Internet search to make sure it was a "proper" oil, and it was. That made me happy! They then proceeded to move the truck into the bay and do the work.
They had it done long before the 45-minutes I had been told to expect, so I was happy about that!
Overall, I'm very happy with my experience with them, as I have in the past for other work they've done for me. Highly recommended! And they deserve the 5-stars! -- July 2025
